A non-injury accident that happened on I-64 east on Wednesday resulted in a Mt. Sterling couple's arrest. The driver of the truck was hauling two trailers full of alfalfa hay. Crews spent at least seven hours trying to lift the trailer from over the hill near the road. Witnesses say the truck took out nearly 200 feet of guardrail. Crews had to cut pieces of guardrail from the trailer before its removal.
