May 12, 2012 — Police are seeking a Morehead State student who may have been injured in an auto crash.
University police said 20-year-old Daniel Hiser's vehicle crashed sometime late Wednesday into a brick building along Ky. 32, near Elliotville.
The vehicle left the scene of the crash, and the property owner discovered the damage, along with the bumper and license plate, the following morning.
A friend last heard from Hiser about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday in a text message, but subsequent attempts to reach him have been unsuccessful.
His cell phone records show no activity since the time of the last text message. Hiser was last seen on campus Wednesday about 1 p.m.
Hiser is from Washington Court House, east of Wilmington.
