You may reserve titles by placing an online request (rowancountylibrary.org) or by calling 784-7137 and asking a Library staff member to place the reserve for you. Miss Donna will be happy to deliver audio books to bookmobile patrons.

    Starting tonight at the Rowan County Senior High School boy/girl basketball double header, Rowan UNITE and its partners Rowan County Champions, Rowan County Schools Family Resource and Youth Service Centers and the Pathways Regional Prevention Center will be kicking off the “I Won’t Be the One” Campaign.

    What does youth drinking look like in Rowan County? Information about youth alcohol consumption is collected from sixth, eighth, tenth, and twelfth graders every two years in the Kentucky Incentives for Prevention Youth, or KIP, Survey. This last data available is from 2010.
