Jules R. DuBar
Jules R. DuBar, 85, whose scientific works dealing with geological and environmental evaluations of the Atlantic and Gulf Coastal Plains achieved international recognition, died March 17, 2009, at his home in Charlottesville, Va.
Dr. DuBar came to Morehead State University in 1967 to provide leadership for the continued development of the geology program.
Contributions to the Dr. Jules R. DuBar Academic Geology Scholarship Fund at the MSU Foundation, Inc., Palmer Development House, Morehead State University, Morehead, KY 40351-1689, have been suggested as appropriate.
