Emmitt “Jack” Gearhart, age 80, of Rawcel Heights, Morehead, husband of Dorothy Gearhart passed away Thursday at his residence.

Matthew W. Smith
Matthew W. Smith, age 40, of Paris Lane, Morehead, husband of Jenny Mabry Smith passed away Thursday at the St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead.
Other survivors include his three sons, Lance Smith, Bret Smith, and McKinnley Smith, all of Morehead, and his grandmother, Ruth V. Smith of Piqua, Ohio.

Dewell Carter Stegall
Dewell Carter Stegall, age 89, of Morehead, widow of Clifton Raymond Stegall passed away Thursday at the Elliott County Nursing & Rehab Center in Sandy Hook.
She is survived by her four children, Roger E. Stegall of Los Angeles, California, John R. Stegall of Columbus, Ohio, Richard L. Stegall of Lexington, Ky, and Rebecca S. Kimmons of San Antonio, Texas; 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
