The editor:
I guess with all the hustle and bustle of trying to get little Johnnie and Susie the latest new X-Box or Play Station or whatever the hottest item that is on the shelves this year, we as adults and parents have forgotten what the true meaning of Christmas is all about. I think it is a sad world when 2 grown men shoot and kill each other because they forgot what the season is all about.
Black Friday was exactly that. People died or were severely injured across our wonderful country and for what reason I still don't know.
I don't know and I may be wrong and if I am please forgive me but I thought spending the day with our loved ones and celebrating the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ is what it was all about.
I had the reader board changed at my place of employment but may have to change it again because I have supposedly offended someone with what I had put on it, and the nativity scene, although I have had numerous calls complementing for it, it takes just one e-mail to have it changed.
If I am wrong about this then I don’t want to be right.
