Rowan County Fiscal Court has received a $1,500 spay/neuter grant from the Animal Control Advisory Board, Commonwealth of Kentucky, Department of Agriculture.
This grant will allow the spay/neuter of dogs with current Rowan County dog license ($10) and a current rabies shot. Cats must have a current rabies shot. The grant is for Rowan County citizens and is limited to one animal per household.
