The Morehead Police Department is investigating a concrete theft at Pickett Concrete.
According to police, the theft occurred between Friday night at 4 p.m. and Saturday morning at 7 a.m. at the concrete company located at 1466 Flemingsburg Road behind Big Four Lumber.
Five concrete shoots were stolen from the back of a truck and on the ground near the plant. They were valued at $150 apiece totaling $750 for the theft.
The incident is under investigation by Sgt. Kyle Callihan. Anyone with information on the case is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency or the MPD at 784-7511.
