A Morehead man was indicted by a Rowan County grand jury Aug. 20 for the alleged sodomy of a juvenile under age 12 more than two decades ago.
Donald G. Gregory, 62, was indicted for first-degree sodomy when he allegedly engaged in deviate sexual intercourse with a child under age 12 who was incapable of consent on Jan. 1, 1989.
An indictment is a formal charge representing one side of a case and does not establish guilt.
Also indicted were:
• Phillip J. Bushong, 25, for theft by unlawful taking when he allegedly took $10,564.36 in money and merchandise over the course of his shift at the Shell station owned by Ravi Singh from Nov. 24, 2009-Jan. 14, 2010.
• Steven A. Ball, 26, for theft by failure to make required disposition when he allegedly borrowed his roommate’s mother’s car and sold it to Caudill’s Recycling Center on March 22.
• Maybelle Olliver, 24, for wanton endangerment first-degree when her son was allegedly found wandering in the parking lot of the Gateway Homeless Coalition building on April 26.
• Ronnie Cole Jr., 25, for third-degree assault when he allegedly spit in the face of deputy jailer Robert Lewis on Feb. 25.
• Jason D. Wright, 30, for manufacturing methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia when he allegedly had equipment for manufacturing meth with the intent to manufacture the drug and other items of drug paraphernalia on April 14.
• James Lee Fultz, 42, for possession of a controlled substance when he allegedly possessed methamphetamine on Nov. 7, 2009.
Fultz also was indicted for being a persistent felony offender.
• Phillip Stamper, 50, for allegedly operating a motor vehicle under the influence fourth offense within five years, operating on a suspended or revoked license on July 30.
Stamper also was indicted for being a persistent felony offender.
• David V. Ollberding, 28, for receiving stolen property when he allegedly was in possession of a stolen Ruger .380 weapon belonging to Jerry Foley on April 27.
• Michael B. Howard, 34, for second-degree burglary when he allegedly unlawfully entered the home of Chris Rowley on June 29.
Howard also was indicted for being a persistent felony offender.
• Michael Howard, 21, and Derek Finch, 21, for criminal mischief first-degree when they allegedly did more than $1,000 in damage to an air conditioning unit attached to rental property owned by Jerry Plank on March 19.
• Kathleen A. Meyer, 29, for allegedly operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol fourth offense within five years on Feb. 29.
• Jason S. Conner, 28, for allegedly operating a motor vehicle while license revoked or suspended for driving under the influence on July 30.
• Donna K. Blevins, 44, for two counts possession of a controlled substance first-degree and third-degree when she allegedly had Oxycodone and Alprazolam in her possession on April 14. A charge of failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation was dismissed.
• Tramaine F. Moulds, 37, for receiving stolen property when he was stopped for allegedly speeding and operating a stolen $38,000 2007 silver Range Rover on June 11.
• Daniel P. Lopez, 24, for wanton endangerment first-degree police officer when he allegedly almost hit the cruiser of Officer Ben Castle by putting his vehicle in reverse while at a traffic stop on June 30.
Lopez also was indicted for allegedly operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
• Michael T. Frazier, 28, for eight counts criminal possession of a forged instrument second-degree when he allegedly had $1,529.59 in checks bearing the forged signature of Lynn Nelson from Dec. 21, 2009-May 21, 2010.
• Dallas L. Carpenter, 57, for two counts of murder when he allegedly while drunk collided with the vehicle of Lena and Roy Boyd killing them on May 26.
Carpenter also was indicted for operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
