MSUCorps to host celebration

April 27, 2012 — MSUCorps members who have served their communities will be recognized and the 2011-12 academic year will be celebrated Friday, May 4, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Rowan County Arts Center in Morehead.

During the year, members have tutored reading and math in local schools, helped with school functions and celebrations, given many hours to community service, and continued to be examples of what it means to be an American citizen, giving back to their communities.

Speakers will recognize these members and their chosen community heroes who are inspirations in their communities. Lunch will be provided.
