Aug. 10, 2012 — A workshop, titled “Six Steps to a Better Business – Climbing the Ladder of Growth,” is being offered by Morehead State University’s Ashland Small Business Development Center on Thursday, Aug. 30.
The event will be held from 9 - 11:30 a.m. at the Jesse Stuart Foundation on the corner of 17th Street and Winchester Avenue in downtown Ashland.
This seminar will show you how to grow a profitable business by taking it through the six essential steps -- mastery, niche, leverage, team, synergy and results. Discover why most small businesses struggle and eventually fail, and what to do about it.
Dave Beam of Action Coach Business Coaching will lead the seminar.
