Tina Louise Crawford Lewis, 46, of Weaver Ridge, Morehead, passed away Saturday, February 4, 2012, in Morehead.
She was born March 6, 1965, in Rowan County and is the daughter of Clarence and Melva Hardin Crawford of Morehead.
In addition to her parents, Tina is survived by one daughter, Samantha DeAnn Lewis of Morehead; one sister, Becky Hitchcock and husband Paul of Morehead; one brother, Darrell Crawford of Clearfield; two nephews, James Michael Hamlin of Morehead and Christopher Salyers and wife Shelby Jones Salyers of Jackson; one niece, Sarah Victoria Hitchcock of Morehead; one great niece, Tamara Hamlin; two great nephews, Dallas Salyers and Xavier Salyers; aunts, uncles and other family members and friends.
Tina was a 1983 graduate of Rowan County Senior High School and a former employee of St. Claire Regional Medical Center. She enjoyed being with friends, laughing and listening to music. She also loved animals, the outdoors and fishing in the family pond on Weaver Ridge.
Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Tuesday, February 7, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Reverend Larry Hamm officiating. Burial will follow in the McClain-Arnold Cemetery.
Pallbearers: James Hamlin, Chris Salyers, Vince Barnett, Brent Barnett, Glenn Stevens and Brian Hood.
Honorary pallbearers: Joy McClurg Bailey, Jennifer Barnett, Michelle Stevens Wilburn, Naomi Barnett and Anna Boyd.
Visitation was after 5 p.m. on Monday, February 6, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals.
