08/08/2012 — Brenda Trapp Johnson, 56, of Alexandria, passed away Tuesday August 7, 2012 at her home. She was born in Morehead on March 28, 1956.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, Della C. and Virginia Moore Kidd, her previous husband, John Trapp, a daughter, Connie Mudd, brothers, Robert, Ray and Russell Kidd and a granddaughter, Bella Trapp.
Survivors include her husband Charlie Johnson of Alexandria; three sons, John Trapp of Louisville, Jeff Trapp of McKinney, Texas and step-son, James Ronald Johnson of Falmouth; three daughters, Elizabeth Turner of Florence, Katy Dudley of Louisville and step-daughter, Tammy Johnson of Falmouth; three brothers, Earl Kidd, Alvin Kidd and Billy Joe Kidd all of Morehead; five sisters, Betty Catron, Jewel Moore and Elaine Wilson all of Morehead, Sue Jones of Clearfield and Nancy Boyd of Richmond and ten grandchildren, Nick Mudd, Eric and Sara Varner, Wyatt and Jackson Turner, Andrew, Megan, Sam, Sarabeth and Abby Trapp.
Visitation services were 4-8 pm Thursday August 9 at the Peoples Funeral Home in Butler.
Funeral services are 11 am Friday also at the funeral home. Final resting place will be Bowling Family Cemetery in Grants Lick.
